Import Offer Responses

Offer Responses can be created automatically by the Loyalty platform based on information provided from a Point of Sale system when a Member uses an Offer in a purchase. In addition, you can import a file of Offer Responses.

The Standard Import feature for importing Offer Responses has been replaced by an Advanced Import feature. When importing Offer Responses, the best practice recommendation is to use the Advanced Import feature.
